Response to Intervention (RtI) is a multi-step process for providing services and interventions to students who struggle with learning.  Through RtI, learning gaps are identified early, instruction is monitored frequently, and data-driven decisions are made regularly.  Through RtI, specialized services are provided to struggling students prior to any official special education designation.
