21st Century Schools must be innovative institutions that teach students to become empowered global citizens.In September 2009, a new grades 6-12 school plans to open its doors in Brooklyn, New York. In my Viewpoint, I hope to share much of what I learn as I embark on my journey to opening day as the school's founder and director.
