Our work on job satisfaction has demonstrated the importance of making decisions based on the compatibility of your talent profile and the job requirements. To make the evaluation process easier, Career Vision has designed an adult career program that can be completed entirely online. This assessment includes 13 aptitudes, a self-evaluation of your abilities, a job satisfaction survey, interest and values surveys. Upon completion of this unique assessment, a 1.5 hour telephone conference will be scheduled to discuss the implications of your results in light of your current situation and with an eye on other career options. An experienced career consultant will provide you with personalize career recommendations as well. Prior to the conference a portfolio containing all your results and related information will be mailed to the address you identify.
