Codie Finalist 2007

Schoolnet's Align is awarded finalist spot in the “Best Course / Classroom Management Solution” category. 
 
“Best Course / Classroom Management Solution” awards the best course/classroom management system designed for preK-12 educators. Includes diagnostic and remediation programs, data management and reporting tools including gradebooks, standards alignment tools and packages that link data and resources to instruction. Includes delivery by CD, DVD, online, or multimedia packages.

The 2007 finalists were selected from a pool of over 1,200 submissions through a combination of journalist and peer review.  The judges, consisting of educators, IT specialists, trade press journalists and other neutral specialists recognized 367 finalists in 72 different categories. 
 
First awarded in 1986, the Software and Information Industry Association’s Codie Awards (A nickname for the building block of all programming – the ‘source code’, or just ‘code’) commend the industries’ fore-most products and services and honor excellence in corporate achievement and philanthropic efforts.
