Voice Server
Automatic Voice Notification

Schoolnet’s Voice Server is an automated callout system with a streamlined web interface. The system can be connected to a TAPI-compliant VoIP system for maximum efficiency and significantly reduced cost.

The Voice Server connects directly to a school’s network and processes voice messages that are triggered by events within GradeSpeed. For example, a parent or an administrator may create a trigger that requires the Voice Server to call the parent if a child is absent or is failing a subject.

Voice events can also be defined to call based on a specific list of students; an entire school or an activity group, for instance. Voice events may also be defined for one-time events – for example, all parents could be called in the event of a school closure or school-wide event.
