Dan is the Vice President of Product Management at Schoolnet, Inc. In this capacity, Daniel and his team are responsible for product strategy, product marketing and product management for the firm’s innovative product portfolio. In this role, Daniel oversees the design, creation and continuous improvement of all Schoolnet products with the goal of releasing incredibly useful products, designed for educators with a focus on exceptional user experience.
Daniel began his professional career as a science teacher at Public School 51 – The Elias Howe Middle School – in New York City, where he developed and taught a hands‐on science curriculum incorporating 21st century skills, technology and collaborative problem solving. Prior to joining Schoolnet, Daniel Ginsberg was the Director of Product Management at CenterSeat, Inc. a digital media software company in New York City, where he managed the development and launch of a consumer‐facing digital media and e‐commerce software platform.
Daniel joined Schoolnet in 2002 and has worked on the product team since then. Daniel has worked closely with most Schoolnet clients on a variety of projects and initiatives, including implementation, custom development, user research, sales support and training. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.S. in Conservation Biology.
