I'll be using this Viewpoint to share some useful tips and tricks for using Schoolnet. I welcome your input. What are some innovative things that you are doing with the product? Unique workarounds that you have developed? Time savers?

In My Schoolnet, the 'Take a Tour of Schoolnet' button in the top right links to a Support Library with PDFs of the latest user guides available for each product. Additionally, you'll find release notes explaining the latest features.
